Real Hotels and Virtual Hotels
Do you know of such thing as a Virtual hotel? Yes. Web worlds like Sony Clone provides the possibility to make virtual hotels which can be designed as you choose and actually you have the possibility to create hotels which will even outrank famous hotels like Ritz in New York and you can position your hotel or hotels in any urban center or country in the universe, an example is Hoteller Kbh, which is both a proper and a virtual hotel.
Virtual Lodges are, similar to whatever different virtual entity, artificial, they are hosted on a WWW host and as such only exist on the cyberspace. Anyway, virtual worlds can be just as exciting as proper universe lives, exactly as passionate gamers of World of War craft or Facebook app plots like Mafia Wars.
The whole construct of virtual worlds are vividly reported in volumes, both e-books and paper volumes. Records provides perceptiveness in virtual universes but books are also great for travel preps, online bookstores like Bogpriser is a fantastic place to start exploring both virtual and proper world attractions. Amazon is different on-line bookstore where you’ll discover books on almost any matter and Amazon have both reasonable terms and excellent help. If you are utilizing iPad, you are already boon with Amazon and e-books, which is a superb alternative to paper volumes, particularly if you need to carry loads of records with you while journeying.

As security experts do not seem to be agreed on the advantage of registry cleaners, their requirement and efficacy remain a subject of debate.
The problem of Registry Cleaners usefulness is further complicated when some security experts linked them with the spreading of malware and scareware.
Registry Cleaners help in the protection of a system by successfully cleaning the Windows Registry. They clean all the unwanted and useless configuration data from the system and enhance the efficiency of a slow PC.
Configuration data could be found in several forms that replete the Windows Registry. Settings for malware installation and propagation, unwanted information and information of uninstalled software are generally categorized as configuration data.
Since unnecessary values could cause harm to the system, a Registry Cleaner scans the whole Window Registry to delete them.
Benefits:
The Registry Cleaner software deletes all the redundant information from Windows Registry and improves the performance of computer.
It is not just sheer size and complex structure of Registry database that make manual cleaning of debris and invalid entries difficult but also missing files references and broken links make the task almost unfeasible. However, Registry Cleaner Software is competent enough to perform the cleaning process automatically and flawless.
Computer users could avail many benefits of invalid Registry key correction.
Registry Cleaner Software functions proficiently until the application moves to .NET Framework platform, which does not need registry for application settings.
Some of the registry cleaners present users with restore & backup utilities, which enable them to undo the undesirable changes done by the registry cleanup software.
Registry cleaners may prove beneficial for a person who often adds or deletes programs from his/her PC; although, a virtual machine is learnt to be a more quick and trustworthy means to switch back an operating system to an earlier reputed state under testing conditions.
As security experts do not seem to be agreed on the advantage of registry cleaners, their requirement and efficacy remain a subject of debate.

With the introduction of Kindle for PC application by Amazon, another milestone of the digital book revolution is uncovered. From that point, any computer that runs on the Windows software in more than 170 countries around the world can easily access Amazon’s Kindle web pages, browse through the samples and buy digital books that users can read on the same computer. Originally, Kindle books are only accessible through Kindles and iPods. It wouldn’t be long before the Kindle for Mac will also be released in order to complete this trend of global digital book distribution.
The digital book revolution will encounter another significant change when Google opens a digital bookstore next year. There may be a number of digital book systems, and formats in existence but the emergence of this particular virtual bookshop will still affect a number of users. Dubbed, Google Editions, the digital bookstore will allow users to download digital books from a browser to any device as it is hosted on dedicated linux servers. With this, two big corporations: Google and Amazon, will dominate the digital book market.
Because of new technologies, books and the written word has gained instant distribution in a way that is impossible for a physical book. It is no longer limited by gravity so it can get around the planet without the constraints of geography or even language barriers. Digital books can be retrieved from the virtual sky, transmitting thoughts and ideas without destroying natural resources during the process.
Although Google Editions and Amazon has changed the delivery of books and global distribution of literature, the key to their success is still in the content of the books. Content remains to be king. People read these books in order to connect and communicate with their writers. No one reads to feel a connection with the publisher.

What I liked best when I was first testing out the internet on ways that I could make money is that it is very forgiving. If one technique did not work for me then it was just a matter of time before I found one that did work. With different sites and different keywords, obviously different combinations work to get the most traffic. I have now found through my numerous testings that I have come up with some great combinations and I update them all the time through the ppc search engine internet marketing tools and I am also testing new things to increase the traffic even more.
What do I do if my website is attracting a lot of traffic but it seems like people are not making the necessary connection to the advertisements through the page? It seems like I am getting a lot of traffic and that is good because I followed all the advice on how to build my website. What I am confused about is how come there are not any clicks through the ppc search engine internet marketing? Should I revisit the search engines and ask them to create new advertisements for my site? Is that possible to have them do that for me or should I just watch the traffic for a little while longer?

Hire a designer or a programmer for your website is a daunting for any business entrepreneur. Remember that you’re the important part of a design process. It is your decision makes the final outcome or success of a website. Your website is a one which works better and sells your products and have good feel for the visitors.
Why hire a designer or a programmer?
You might ask this question yourself when there are 100’s of easy to build software on the internet. But building a website yourself and a professional designer makes a lot of difference. The designer put in years of expertise in building your website. He knows all the web standards as well as a professional look after it is done. Apart from that business owners don’t find time and patience in maintaining and promoting the site. Since the business person is occupied with this own business needs.
What are the important aspects while choosing a website designer/programmer?
1) Check the credentials of the designer, is he reliable or will the designer will leave half way of your project. Check with the designer previous employer or clients. They could give you a good feedback on it.
2) Choose the designer carefully going through the previous work or portfolio. Don’t go ahead with the designer unless seen the designer portfolio. Viewing the portfolio you will get an idea what kind of quality and professionalism you can expect from him.
3) Next step after you are satisfied with the designer is asking for a proposal from him. Ask the designer is there any kind of terms and conditions before starting the project. If so make sure does that work for you too. Some designer may ask for a upfront for the project usually it is 25-40% of the entire cost of the project. Ask the designer what mode of payment he would prefer.
4) Once the terms and conditions are fixed then go ahead and ask for a prototype of the website.
5) Once the designer comes up with the prototype ask for revision unless you get satisfied and think this is what you where looking for.
6) Finalize the website and go ahead upload on to the server.
Follow these steps and increase your chances of successfully hiring a web designer/ web programmer who meets your needs and those of your project.

Here are some statistics from a recent B to B Survey:
93.4% of respondents use the internet to research a B to B purchase decision.
63.9% of respondents go to the search engine as the first step in the buying process.
54.6% of the people are 1-3 months away from making a buying decision.
89.7% of the people are 2 weeks to 6 months away from making a buying decision.
36.8% researched and bought online; 27.3% researched online and bought offline; only 7.9% didn’t find what they were looking for.
76.7% of Google users used the natural search links.
The top 3 organic listings accounted for 59.6% of the click-thrus.
(Source: Enquiro Search Solutions Inc.)
The evidence is overwhelming: If a business website isn’t ranked as one of the top natural search results in the prospect’s search, the company won’t likely be part of the buying decision. Without search engine optimization, it is extremely unlikely that the site will rank well enough to be found naturally by potential prospects.
SEO is easy…all I need to do is write good meta-tags for my company website, right?
While many Search Engine Optimizer novices might even know—or think they know—a few basic SEO rules, it’s unlikely they’ll be equipped with enough knowledge to effectively compete with SEO’s in the B to B marketplace. With few exceptions, B to B websites in well-trafficked online niches, without a professional search engine optimization effort, won’t achieve high enough natural search rankings to make more than a very modest number of sales.
OK, you convinced me. What will an SEO actually do for my company?
An SEO campaign consists of two primary tasks: 1)Optimizing the website content / creating new optimized content, and 2)Building inbound links to the website.
Before an SEO can work with the site’s content, he/she must perform a detailed website keyword analysis. They need to determine what keywords a prospective customer could use to find the business online. From this list, they must make a determination as to which keywords / groups of pertinent keywords they can reasonably expect to achieve high rankings for the client…for it makes no sense to waste effort on keywords where success is remote. Then, the SEO must map the targeted keywords to the page(s) on the website where they most logically fit. The most critical keywords on the list need to map to the index page because the index page possesses the most search engine “strength” of any website page. If there are keywords that can’t logically map to any existing area of the site, the SEO might want to rely on the services of a copywriter to add website content.
The SEO then “massages” the website text, working the targeted keywords into the existing content with dual goals:
1) Achieving optimum keyword density and optimum page length.
2) Making the text read as naturally as possible.
Building inbound links is also a critical part of SEO. Many business websites will naturally attract inbound links over timehowever, few websites achieve enough natural link strength to exclude a targeted link-building campaign as a component of their SEO efforts. SEO professionals need to acquire inbound links…usually a significant number of them…in order to achieve the desired search engine results for the client.
I don’t need a SEO to trade links for my company…I’ll just send out a bunch of e-mails to people in my network and I’ll get all the links I need for my corporate SEO effort.
Similar to SEO novices, some professional SEO’s still research and contact webmasters of relevant websites one-by-one to ask for a link exchange. This is frequently a slow, inefficient process that likely will achieve underwhelming results and can even subject the SEO to spam complaints. Recently, many link-trading networks have evolved whereby a webmaster can easily and quickly contact large numbers of relevant webmasters who know the value of link-trading and who are receptive to link exchanges. Over time, an SEO can acquire large numbers of targeted inbound links through networks…however, an SEO must be carefully not to acquire too many inbound links too quickly as that can be construed as search engine spam.
Link text (the text that someone uses to link to you) is a critical element of link trading and SEO. The link text needs to contain the most important keywords to the SEO effort since link text is given a lot of weight in search engine algorithms. Furthermore, link text shouldn’t always be the same…it needs to be varied so as to cover the breadth of the website’s top keywords in order to achieve optimum results.
My SEO finished the textual optimization and link-trading. The process is complete, right?
Not quite. An SEO will also monitor the levels of web traffic the site is generating, as well as the search keywords/search engines used by website visitors. A business might be focused on the rankings the website is receiving for their top keywords…of more value to the SEO is reading their web stats to see how site visitors are actually finding the website. Armed with the necessary information, the SEO will tweak the website text over time to achieve optimum rankings and results for the client. One can see some results of the initial textual optimization relatively quickly…however, it could take 3-6 months to see the results of a link-building campaign in conjunction with optimized content. For optimum results, a link-building campaign should never really end…new inbound links should be added every month.
If 93.4% of B to B purchase decisions have an internet component, businesses that have “Internet Invisible” websites can only equally compete for 6.6% of the total market. An SEO campaign can get a company noticed by the 93.4% who go online to research and or purchase a product or service. If a company can truly understand the large number of leads and sales they are not getting by being “functionally offline”, the business case to be made for SEO is very powerful.

If you want to achieve lasting success with your website, then the best route to take is to build a content-rich site. A site that has varied and informative articles and information will be big hit with viewers and search engines alike. In case you have writer’s block or are not sure how to go about creating more content for your website. Here are some tips to help you get moving.
1. When building content try to solve the problems of your viewers without making them buy something
Of course you have set up your website in order to either make money or “get” something out of it, but it is not productive to build scores of pages with hard-sell messages. People are coming to the net to find solutions to their problems. Provide articles, information and answers to these problems and you will win the respect, and trust of your readers. This is known as “pre-selling” and it is just as important as selling itself.
So, before you start tapping on your keyboard, keep the interests of your readers in mind and then begin.
2. Write about what you know and share your knowledge with your readers
If you have set up a website it means that you know something about your particular field, or have some special interest in it. For example, suppose you are selling digital cameras, why not write some articles reviewing the available cameras that are on the market. Or why not write an article explaining what people should look for when they buy a camera. There are a lot of people out there who don’t have the foggiest idea about digital cameras and they would sure be happy to get some unbiased information before buying something.
3. Do research and turn dull reports into interesting articles
You can build on what you know by doing a bit of research on the web. Make a keyword search for “digital cameras” or whatever your field is, and you will find some web pages giving information. Often the information is just listed in a point-wise fashion in bulleted lists. Take this information, and blend it with your own experience to create new articles. You can quote or cite the other articles (with hyperlinks) that you find on the web if they are particularly useful. In fact this is the original idea behind Google’s system of PageRank: web pages that are particularly good will earn links or “votes” from other sites.
4. Let your readers help you to create content
If you are not sure what to write about then why not ask your web visitors to submit their questions. These questions will stimulate you to provide answers in the form of articles. A good example of this approach is the site www.askdavetaylor.com . Dave Taylor is a technical “geek”. If you have any question about computers, software, html, Mac, linux, unix and related technical matters you can just go to his site and ask a question. Dave’s answers comprise hundreds, perhaps thousands, of pages of solid information. In fact, he has 29,300 pages indexed in Google!
You don’t have to write hundreds or thousands of pages, but if you follow Dave’s example you can certainly build up your site, and easily overcome your “writer’s block.”
5. Reprint the articles of experts in your field
There is no sense in recreating the wheel. If someone has already written something good about your particular field, you can reprint it. You will have to provide a link back to the author, but if the article really fits in with the theme of your site, then it is worth it. You can find free reprint articles at sites such as www.ezinearticles.com and www.goarticles.com
6. Let your readers create content directly
Blogs with their “comments” sections are now one of the most popular ways of allowing web visitors to add their thoughts and ideas. You can also set up a bulletin board or forum using the phpBB software (which is pre-installed with many hosting plans). If you have enough traffic and an audience that is passionately interested in the themes of your website, then your own readers will create pages and pages of interesting content. You will of course have to moderate the forums or blogs, but the reward to you in terms of useful content will be worth it.
So, if your site is a bit thin on content, think about these six tips and take steps towards providing information that will make your site a place where people can come and find solutions to their problems or answers to their questions.

Analyzing traffic to a site is a key factor in tweaking search engine optimization and marketing campaigns. Determining how people get to your site is critical. Surprisingly, few sites take advantage of the data available on their servers.
Server Logs
Typically, there are two server tools available to you. Server logs are on your server and analyze site activity. The log keeps track of the files created on the server, the number of times there is a request for the file, where the hit came from and the exact phrase typed in by the person accessing the page of the site. Every system is different, but these basic elements should be included.
The second tool, a traffic analysis program, is pretty standard for most hosting companies, but you may have to ask them to turn it on. The programs analyze the raw data from your server and convert it into fascinating charts, diagrams and statistics. Most of the information is overkill. You have to be careful not to get overwhelmed by numerous ways to look at the data. Try to focus on the following information:
1. What sites are sending you visitors?
2. What search engines are sending you traffic?
3. What keyword phrases are people using to find your site?
4. How often are major search engine indexing robots visiting your site?
As you access the data, you are going to find some very surprising things. Actually, you are probably going to be stunned.
Initially, you are going to be amazed when you see which keyword phrases that are sending traffic to your site. Many of the keywords will not match your meta tags. Instead, they will be a combination of various keywords on a particular page. This is reflection of the fact that search engines mix and match your keywords as they see fit. So, should you change your meta tags to reflect the phrases shown in the data? No. The data you are seeing typically reflects keywords with little competition. Since you are already getting traffic from them, keep focusing on your original goals.
In looking at your data, the second key piece of data is identifying where the traffic is coming from. This data often falls under the “referrer” heading. By reviewing the data, you can see what search engines are producing data for you. If you are running advertising on a site, you should also be able to track the campaign.
The final area to analyze is the robot visit information. Depending on the program, the robot information may appear under “robots” or “user agents” headings. Robots are programs used by search engines to index web sites on the net. In reviewing your data, you should be able to determine how often the robots are coming to your site. If at all possible, make sure you add new content to your site before the next visit. The robots for the top search engines are Yahoo - Slurp, Google - Googlebot, and MSN - MSNbot.
In Closing
Analyzing the traffic to your site is a key element to marketing your site. The more you know about your customers, the more you can cater to their needs.

One of the single most important aspects of effective navigation is consistency. Why? There’s a simple reason.
Visitors want familiarity.
They are more comfortable and more trusting if they know things are going to remain the same from page to page. They have a certain sense of confidence from knowing what to expect.
If a visitor can quickly become familiar with your navigation, it’s much simpler to actually navigate. And of course, that’s the whole purpose of navigation, right?
Besides familiarity, there’s a second reason to be consistent. It helps your credibility.
Consistency in your navigation helps you present a unified, cohesive image to your visitors. In other words, you look polished, well-thought-out, and on top of things. Your visitors get the impression that you “have it together”.
On the other hand, if your navigation is inconsistent, it reflects badly on you and your company. You’ll look disorganized and unprofessional.
Here are 3 ways to maintain consistency in your navigation:
1. Use global navigation (which is a set of your main links that appears on every page of your site in the same place).
Global navigation is an absolute necessity. It ensures that visitors can always get to the main sections of your website quickly and easily.
Global navigation options must be the same on every page. Many sites resoundingly fail in this area. Often, the order of the links varies from page to page, or some links are missing on certain pages. This confuses even experienced web users.
2. Keep the appearance and placement of buttons and secondary links the same throughout the site.
I recently ran across a site that used three completely different styles of buttons in as many pages. This variation blew any unified appearance they hoped to have. It also made it hard to recognize which graphics were links and which were not, since there was no consistently-used symbol for “clickability”.
On another site, secondary navigation options were on the left on some pages and on the right on other pages. That’s a no-no. Visitors will never be sure where to look for additional options, particularly since this site was visually busy. Don’t move links around from page to page.
Link colors, button styles, fonts, and placement should be the same throughout the site. The goal should be for visitors to instantly recognize a link when they see it.
3. Stick with conventional design standards.
In addition to being consistent within your site, you also need to be consistent with other sites. Don’t get too far out on the fringe in trying new things.
If you use a navigation scheme that’s completely different from what you see on most other sites, visitors will likely be confused. Make your navigation look and function like something visitors will be familiar with from other sites.
